Funds received in response to this solicitation will be subject to applicable state contribution limits.

CONTRIBUTION REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY All contributions are final. Refunds and cancellations will be given at the discretion of FRIENDS OF JAYLA THOMAS COMMITTEE.
